1) I still have the impression teambalancing isn't working optimal.

2) is it or is it not possible to create custum votes like:
What will the next maptype be?
- KOTH
- PL
- CP
-arena

so the next vote can be more specific

Yup, was just thinking of that, well sort of. Currently, if we do any map vote, the server changes the map immediately. It would be nice if we had the option of change now or after current map.

I suppose, that is different to what Merv is asking

Also, the maps go on for too long. Can we set time limit to 20 [30?] minutes or 5 rounds. Currently I think it's 15 or 20 rounds. Gets quite tedious at times

Dont know if that will solve the respawn time problem. cuz with a small group its too long with a big group too short

No, this Plugin is installed:

TF2 Fast Respawn 1.2

You can configure it in the Admin menu. It is disabled by default so you first have to enable it in admin menu and then set one of the delay options.
