I recently used www.anandtech.com/case...i=3005&p=4 to find a good cooler for my C2D E6600 so I could overclock it further. Have it at 3,4 Ghz atm. (2,4 stock speed)
If you are buying a new GFX card soon I would suggest the new 8800GT, it does extremely well for the price and can be overclocked way better than the GTS version..
