If you want to have your own ctf server, you can host it on your PC, but you can only host 4-6 players (depends on your Internet connection) and you have to let it on all the time.
Or you search for a gameserver provider and you need to pay for it. Our is www.easy-gaming.de, but it is in german. Otherwise just search in google for "gameservers" and you should find a bunch of hosts.
