I got a 3mb connection / 200 = 1500!! thats no setting and 512kb upstream / 200 = 256
1500 updaterate/ 256 commandrate and 300.000 rate?!?

useless, so me having a good ping is being punished for it?!

Me telling its not my puter makes me doubt in some way, cuz.. not all players experience this lag. So.. I start to wonder what kinda system + brand vidcard the laggers got:
-AMD3000+
-nVidia 7600 GT
-usually the one with the lowest ping

Your system setup is completely different, so it's not the system. Only similarity is WinXP and Steam..

Good to know for sure and bad it could be Steam / WinXP (with a shit update?? )

Do u guy's know what we have to do reinstal steam and all the hl2ctf shit to see what happens maybe no lag in game till 1.8 come's out dont know iff it works but we can try that to see what happens right

i did the same about 3 weeks ago max

that doesn't mean anything. IF reinstalling helps, you'll have to do it after the lag problem started. i personally doubt that it will fix it, though.
