raise your hand if you hate the random-drop system
it´s sooo frustrating, by this time, i would have gotten 2 of the unlock by doing the achievements legally...
as for now, i fould the razorback (i like it) and cloak&dagger (drains too fast, should recharge as fast as it drains)

Do you have a link from an official Valve announcement about the random drop? I've heard about it today but not from Valve. Maybe I missed that one.

nah, nothing official, it just feels random when you suddenly get an unlock from out of nowhere
some people are saying that you also get them, when you are afk or in spec-mode

damn right you are!
i mean, i would find myself going to the charakters choosing menu to look up existing classes in the team just because it's faster than reading the classes on the scoreboard, but those crappy dead-alive class icons together with the dead players icons AND the dead players darker font colors is MUUUCH to much for a fast to read scoreboard. it's not about having something against anything new, but this isn't really an improvement. less is more.
and, somehow i've got the feeling that valve might be on the way of overloading the game unintentionally, just to keep on updating it, things that aren't relevant for the game (yet - the new loadout?) and a lot more confusing for new players.
